Mitch Tonks is the UK's leading fishmonger and seafood restaurateur and has captured the nations love of seafood. Within 10 years he had created the 13 strong restaurant group FishWorks before leaving in 2007 to open the acclaimed Seahorse restaurant in Dartmouth near to his new home town Brixham, England's biggest fishing port.

Mitch has published 4 books; "Fish" was published in March this year and he has picked up much recognition and many awards, 'Restaurateur of the Year' and 'London Seafood restaurant of the year' among them. His TV appearances range from Saturday Kitchen to Market Kitchen to this year's series with rugby legend Matt Dawson 'Mitch and Matt's Big Fish'.

The RockFish Grill is all about the freshest fish delivered in a style that only Mitch knows, he remains committed to his enduring vision and passion for cooking and selling the best in British seafood. In 2010 Mitch will head up and open a restaurant at the heart of the fishing industry by opening a place in Brixham as part of the £19m development there, it will be the only restaurant, fishmonger and cookery school within a working fish market in the UK
